Shipping Policy

All orders are carried out in euros.

 

Orders can only be shipped to Mailing Addresses. Please fully complete your address details including your telephone number. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Your telephone number is important so that you can be notified by your local post office for your order's arrival.

 

Handling Printing and Packaging: Seven to Ten days will be needed for Printing, Stretching the Canvas on a Wooden Frame and Packaging after the order is placed and before shipping.

Local Shipping: Delivery by hand to all Nicosia addresses. To all other Cyprus addresses, delivery with the Cyprus Post Parcel Service.

International Shipping will be curried out with the Cyprus Post Parcels Service. The Cyprus Post provides a service for the transfer of parcels known as Parcel Post, The Cyprus Post undertake the transport of parcels for its customers, from the time they are handed over until they reach their destination, with the maximum speed and security, in accordance with the price list applicable at the time. The choice of procedures and the means of transport constitute the right and responsibility of the Cyprus Post.

The dispatch of parcels to their destination is effected the soonest, during working days.

 

The Cyprus Post Parcel Service provides full traceability through their Track & Trace facility. There is the ability to track and trace the parcel through a special bar-coded number, given once the parcel is shipped.

All Orders are shipped with 1st Priority Overseas parcels. These parcels are sent by air and are handled by priority both in the country of posting and in the country of destination, depending on the quality standards of the country of destination.

Responsibility for Services and Products: When we receive a valid claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Returns & Refund Policy

We do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order.

 

We are unable to swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our customer.

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
